The Central Carolina Healthcare Preparedness Coalition is a network of healthcare and emergency partners across 12 counties in central North Carolina.
The North Carolina coalitions are supported by vital funding and guidance from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the NC Department of Health & Human Services. This partnership ensures the state’s preparedness efforts are robust and sustainable. With a 10% in-kind match from leading health systems like Duke Health, UNC Health Care, and WakeMed, the coalition’s success is fueled by both large agencies and a network of dedicated partners. Together, they strengthen North Carolina’s health security.
